Key Responsibilities : Take hands-on ownership of an AI software product, including managing its roadmap, development, and market success. Define product requirements and work closely with engineering to execute them. Work directly with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of features.Collaborate with marketing and competitive analysis teams to define product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Define and measure key product metrics to guide decision making. Provide product expertise to sales and customer-facing teams. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the product strategy.Required Skills&Qualifications : 5-6 years of product management and AI experience with a proven ability to deliver successful software products. Strong background in AI software products, with a solid understanding of AI frameworks, AI models, and system-level inference optimizations. Hands-on experience with AI application development is a big plus.Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps, features, and releases. Ability to balance technical requirements with customer needs and business goals. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills&Qualifications : Experience with FPGA technology or similar hardware acceleration technologies is a strong advantage. Knowledge of AI model deployment, profiling, and optimization. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment. Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a people management.
