Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content including posts, reels, and stories. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication.Content Strategy&Execution Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience preferences. Monitor and adapt to emerging trends, viral content opportunities, and algorithm changes. Performance Tracking&Reporting Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach. Community Engagement&ORM Handle online reputation management (ORM) by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly. Foster meaningful interactions with the online community to build brand loyalty. Influencer&Competitor Analysis Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations for brand campaigns. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify innovative growth opportunities.
