Field Service Technician - Security Systems, Raniganj

Role Overview Vivify Technocrats is looking for skilled and dedicated Field Service Technicians (FST) to support the service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of advanced electronic security systems at Hyderabad Airport and other high-security customer locations. This is a mission-critical role requiring technical expertise, flexibility for shift-based work, and a strong commitment to system uptime and safety.Work Location: Hyderabad Airport– Shamshabad (and customer sites across Hyderabad) Passport: Mandatory Key Responsibilities Service&Maintenance Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of security systems including: X-Ray Baggage Inspection Systems Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD) Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD) Other electronic security and surveillance systems Diagnose faults and carry out timely rectificationEnsure maximum uptime and reliable performance of deployed equipment Installation&Commissioning Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of security equipment Support system integration and functional validation Coordinate with OEMs and client teams during commissioning activities Shift Operations Work in rotational day/night shifts at: Airport passenger terminalsCargo terminals High-security premises Provide on-site technical support during operational hours Reporting&Documentation Record daily shift activities and service calls Submit service reports through prescribed formats/tools Maintain maintenance logs and service history records Preventive Maintenance Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) as per OEM standards Ensure checklist complianceRecommend corrective actions for recurring technical issues Working Time&Shift Schedule 24×7 operations , including Sundays and public holidays 3 rotational shifts per day (one shift per day as per duty roster) Working hours: 48 hours per week Company Benefits Annual Incentive: ₹2,000 per month (paid during Diwali, subject to eligibility) Annual Increment: Performance-based(reviewed once a year)Health Insurance:₹3,00,000 coverage with Royal Sundaram Coverage includes spouse and children ☕ Refreshment Allowance (per shift): ₹100 for 12-hour shift ₹65 for 8-hour shift (Paid in addition to salary and based on shift worked) Interview Process First Round – Telephonic or Google MeetSecond Round– Technical Interview (Google Meet) Final Round – Technical Interview (Zoom)
