Description We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative in India. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
