We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user-focused documentation for technical products. You will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our users and aligns with our company standards.Responsibilities Research and gather information from subject matter experts to create accurate and comprehensive documentation. Develop user manuals, installation guides, and online help documentation. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve documentation. Update and maintain existing documentation based on product changes or user feedback. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.Proficiency in documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Microsoft Word. Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with content management systems and version control.
