The role involves leveraging design thinking methodologies to solve complex user problems, conducting in-depth user research to understand target audience needs, and developing innovative user experiences. The designer will create high-quality prototypes, execute visual designs, and refine user flows to enhance the usability of our platform, ensuring optimal interaction and overall satisfaction.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies to identify and address user needs and pain points Competence in User Experience (UX) design, including designing intuitive user interactions and effective user journeys Expertise in Visual Design and Prototyping to create impactful, high-quality designs and interactive modelsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to convert vision into practical designs Familiarity with FilmTech, AI, and digital content platforms is highly preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
