Application Engineering Manager, Workday Platform, Raniganj

Role Responsibilities: Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution, influencing critical initiatives and delivering solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from ideation to full production. Mentor and develop application engineers to deliver scalable and reliable products using Workday and Google technologies.Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring smooth project progress. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in managing engineers. 7 years of experience in enterprise systems development, preferably in the HR domain or with Workday.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SOAP, REST APIs, and industry-standard security protocols. Experience with GCP services such as GCE, BigQuery, or Spanner is a plus.
