Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end client implementations of HighRadius Cloud products globally. Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration. Manage projects through all phases: Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare. Build strong client relationships and effectively manage client interactions, including conducting UAT and shadow sessions.Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical teams, and QA to meet agreed KPIs. Test end-to-end process flows, provide hands-on training, and validate value outcomes. Communicate project risks and updates to the Delivery Manager or Program Director.
