As a Sr. Associate/Assistant Manager of Communications, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and disseminating compelling written content that resonates with our diverse audience.Responsibilities Conceptualize new content and plan the execution of content generation Create content that is engaging and appealing to the target audience Write and edit content for various external and internal media, including blogs, websites, presentations, publications and reports Write persuasive copies for different communication materials including posters and flyersOptimize content for search engines and social media Write compelling narratives for videos and impact stories Collaborate with various stakeholders, including field employees and beneficiaries to generate content timely Stay up to date with emerging trends and chart new ideas for adoption Basic QualificationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills (English) Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviour, and content trends Excellent interpersonal skills Willingness to travel to field locations to document on-ground impact Desired Qualifications A Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Advertising or Media StudiesStrong portfolio of written works Proficiency in photography Strong foundation in Design
