Quick Navigation Ability : Proficiency in quickly navigating various systems and applications to efficiently assist customers. Web Savvy : Strong understanding and comfort with web-based platforms and internet usage.Basic Troubleshooting Knowledge : Fundamental ability to identify and resolve common technical or service-related issues. Multitasking : Demonstrated ability to effectively toggle between multiple screens/tools and manage various customer interactions simultaneously.
