About the Company We are seeking a Procurement Manager to handle end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and material procurement for residential and commercial interior projects. You will ensure the right materials at the right cost, delivered on time to keep sites running smoothly. About the RoleA short paragraph summarizing the key role responsibilities. Responsibilities Sourcing&Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for civil, carpentry, hardware, lighting, furniture, sanitary, electrical, and soft furnishing materials specific to interiors. Negotiation&Cost Control: Negotiate rates, MOQs, payment terms, and annual contracts to achieve best pricing without compromising quality. Target 5-10% cost savings YoY. Purchase Planning: Coordinate with design&project teams to prepare BOQs, raise indents, and plan procurement schedules based on project timelines. Order Management: Raise POs, track deliveries, and ensure materials reach site as per schedule to avoid delays. Quality Assurance: Verify material specs, finishes, and brand compliance. Coordinate with QC/site team for inspections and handle rejections/replacements.Inventory&Warehouse: Monitor stock levels of standard items like plywood, laminates, hardware. Minimize dead stock and optimize working capital. Budgeting&Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS on purchase value, savings achieved, vendor performance, and outstanding payments. Compliance: Ensure GST, e-way bills, and other documentation are accurate. Work with accounts for timely vendor payments. Market Research: Stay updated on new materials, trends, and alternate vendors in the Hyderabad interior market.Qualification s Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA in Supply Chain / Diploma or B.Tech with relevant experienc e.Experience: 5-7 years in procurement, preferably in interiors, furniture, or construction industr y. Required Ski lls Strong negotiation, vendor networking, knowledge of interior materials like veneers, laminates, MDF, quartz, hardware brands.Proficient in Excel, Tally/ERP, and BOQ read ing. Preferred S kills Detail-oriented, strong follow-up skills, able to handle pressure and multiple pro jects.Local vendor network in Hyderabad pref erred.Should own a vehicle for market v isits.
