Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference. Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve functionality. Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional&Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience with managing and troubleshooting marketing automation workflows and campaigns. Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms and data integration techniques. Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.Familiarity with cloud-based application environments and their operational challenges.
