Infrastructure&Security Engineer, Raniganj

CareCaller is building continuous care infrastructure for healthcare clinics. Our platform handles real patient workflows across voice, SMS, and APIs, so reliability, security, and compliance-readiness matter from day one. We're hiring an Infrastructure&Security Engineer to own the production backbone behind CareCaller. You'll be responsible for making sure our systems are secure, reliable, scalable, monitored, and ready for HIPAA/SOC 2 standards. What you'll work on Own AWS / cloud infrastructure Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Manage deployments across production and stagingSet up monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response Own database reliability, backups, retention, and recovery Manage VPC, IAM, WAF, KMS, secrets, and access controls Improve infrastructure security and reduce attack surface Support vulnerability remediation and security hardening Implement Infrastructure as Code, ideally TerraformImprove reliability, uptime, and scalability as call volume grows Support HIPAA / SOC 2 readiness from a technical infrastructure side Work with external auditors, security tools, and vendors when needed Who this is for You've owned production infrastructure before You're strong with AWS or similar cloud platformsYou understand security, reliability, and observability You know how to build systems that are clean, scalable, and maintainable You can move fast without creating infrastructure debt You are comfortable being the technical owner for cloud security You can take vague problems and turn them into secure, working systems
