Teradata delivers real business value with AI.What You'll Do Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise applications (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CRM, ERP, Finance, CX). Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing to ensure product quality and reliability. Develop, maintain, and scale automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.Partner with developers and product owners to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure 'shift-left' quality. Identify, log, and track defects through resolution, collaborating with engineering and QA leads. Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring automated test coverage.Support release readiness by providing clear defect reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) as part of a global, cross-functional team. Who You'll Work With QA Managers&Leads– Aligning on testing priorities, standards, and quality strategy. Developers&Architects– Collaborating to implement test automation and troubleshoot defects. Product Owners – Ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and customer use cases. Global QA Teams – Coordinating with peers in the U. S. and other geographies for distributed delivery. Operations&Support Teams– Validating fixes and triaging production issues when needed. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate 3–6 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Testing in enterprise IT or SaaS applications. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC). Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ERP systems.Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc. ). Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation (SQL). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Exposure/experience with automating test cases and test executions, and with AI is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
