Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Certificate of Analysis (COA) verification. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP), MIS reporting, and MS Excel. Core Competencies Negotiation & Communication: Ability to secure favorable contracts and resolve supply chain bottlenecks. Analytical Thinking: Capability to forecast seasonal price fluctuations and track procurement metrics. Key Responsibilities

Ingredient & Packaging Sourcing: Procure food-grade raw materials (spices, produce, additives), primary packaging (PET, glass, pouches), and secondary packaging in alignment with production demands. Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop trusted domestic and international suppliers to optimize pricing and reduce material risks. Quality & Compliance Control: Ensure all supplied materials meet food safety regulations, industry standards (such as FSSAI guidelines), and internal quality specifications. Cost Optimization: Prepare cost-analysis reports, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
