Finance Supervisor (Solan)

About the Role We are seeking a team of skilled and detail-oriented accounting professionals to manage end-to-end finance operations. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in accounting processes, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role requires practical exposure to Tally ERP, GST, TDS, vendor invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and commission payout processing. Key Responsibilities 1. Core Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Prepare journal entries, general ledger, and trial balance for monthly and annual closures.
- Ensure timely posting and correct classification of all financial transactions.
- Monitor expense accounting and revenue recognition as per company policies. 2. Vendor Management & Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices after verifying supporting documents and compliance with contractual terms.
- Manage end-to-end vendor payment cycles ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Track advance payments, debit/credit notes, and perform periodic vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies proactively. 3. Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor collections, track overdue accounts, and coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare receivables aging reports and escalate critical outstanding cases.
- Support reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. 4. GST & TDS Compliance
- Compute, prepare, and file GST returns within statutory timelines.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B input tax credits with purchase registers.
- Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns accurately; manage challans and reconciliations.
- Stay updated with taxation changes and ensure full statutory compliance. 5. Commission Payout Processing
- Validate commission calculations for agents, partners, and sales teams based on approved business data.
- Process commission payouts accurately with proper accounting entries.
- Maintain comprehensive records and reconciliation of commission disbursements. 6. Reconciliation & MIS Reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Generate MIS reports, financial summaries, and payable/receivable aging statements.
- Provide accurate financial insights to support management decision-making. 7. Audit & Documentation
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing schedules, ledgers, and required documentation.
- Ensure proper record maintenance and adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
- Support process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and compliance. Key Skills & Competencies
- Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP, GST, and TDS compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor invoicing, and commission processing.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certifications in taxation, GST, or accounting software will be preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00
