Reservation Manager (Shimla)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle hotel reservations and booking operations
- Coordinate with portals & guests
- Manage room inventory and occupancy
- Ensure smooth guest communication & follow-ups
- Prepare reservation reports and maintain records
- Coordinate with Front Office & Sales team Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel reservation management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of hotel booking software IDS/Hostwin preferred
