Senior Accountant (Mandi)

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accuracy of books of accounts
- Finalization of financial statements, including balance sheet and profit & loss account
- Review and supervise work of junior accountants and interns
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances and filings
- Conduct ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to management
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Ensure timely closure of books on a monthly and annual basis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow monitoring
