Ivy International School is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountancy Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the school.

Key Responsibilities Handling daily accounting entries and bookkeeping Managing fee records, vouchers, receipts, and invoices Maintaining accounts data and financial documentation Assisting in salary processing and expense management Coordinating with administration and HR department Bank reconciliation and record maintenance Preparing financial reports and supporting audits Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation procedures preferred Maintaining confidentiality of financial records

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounts preferred Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software Positive communication and organizational skills School accounting experience will be an added advantage
