Project Manager - Network Operation (Shivamogga)

Project Manager – Network Operations & Infrastructure Location: Remote Experience: 8–15 Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise network infrastructure projects and operational initiatives across Cisco WAN/LAN environments. The candidate will manage project delivery, stakeholder coordination, operational governance, and cross-functional technical teams in a 18*7 enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end network infrastructure and operations projects
- Coordinate with network, security, cloud, and operations teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and escalations
- Lead client communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management
- Oversee incident, change, and operational governance activities
- Ensure SLA adherence and smooth delivery of network operations
- Support projects involving Routing & Switching, Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, Wireless, WAF, DNS, and Load Balancing
- Maintain project documentation, SOPs, RCA reports, and runbooks
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives Required Skills
- Strong experience in Cisco WAN/LAN environments
- Knowledge of Routing & Switching, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP
- Experience with Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN
- Exposure to Aruba Wireless, F5 Load Balancer, Imperva WAF, Infoblox DDI
- Understanding of Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, and REST APIs
- Experience managing 24x7 Network Operations / NOC environments
- Solid project management, coordination, and communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- PMP / Agile / PRINCE2 certification preferred
- CCNP / CCIE / PCNSE / Aruba / F5 certifications are an advantage
