– Senior SQL Developer Experience: 7–9 Years Work Location: Mysuru – Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior SQL Developer with strong expertise in database development, performance optimization, database architecture, and data archival strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-scale database solutions across relational and NoSQL platforms. The role requires deep technical proficiency in SQL programming, query tuning, indexing, partitioning, ETL support, and high-availability database environments. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex:
- SQL queries
- Stored procedures
- Functions
- Views
- Triggers
- Lead database schema design and architecture for transactional and analytical systems.
- Perform advanced query optimization and performance tuning activities including:
- Indexing
- Partitioning
- Execution plan analysis
- Implement and manage:
- Data archival
- Retention policies
- Data purge mechanisms
- Develop automated archival processes using scripts, jobs, and lifecycle policies.
- Ensure archived data remains secure, auditable, and recoverable.
- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to support structured and semi-structured data.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to design efficient data models.
- Support ETL/ELT processes, reporting workflows, and data integrations.
- Troubleshoot production database issues including:
- Performance bottlenecks
- Data inconsistencies

- Ensure database integrity, backup, recovery, and security compliance.
