Job Title: Automation Test Engineer– Network Security (Python) Experience: 5 – 10 Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate Joiners OnlyJob Summary We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based test automation and a solid background in network security technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test frameworks for security products and ensuring high-quality deliverables.Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Python - Work with frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, and Selenium - Develop and execute test cases for network security products - Automate testing for technologies like Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, WAFs, and SIEM systems- Validate security features and ensure compliance with testing standards - Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing - Identify, debug, and track defects to closure Required Skills&Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 5–10 years of experience in automation testing with strong Python expertise - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test design principles - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium)- Experience in testing network security tools and technologies, including: - Firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower) - IDS/IPS systems - VPNs (IPsec, IKE, IKEv1/IKEv2, OpenVPN, SSL VPN) - Web Application Firewalls (WAF) - Vulnerability Scanners (Nessus, OpenVAS) - SIEM systems Good to Have Skills- Knowledge of networking protocols and security concepts - Experience with API testing and automation - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools - Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) - Experience in Linux/Unix environments Interested candidate can share their resume to .
