Job Description: Technical Architect – AI, Risk & Regulatory (BFSI) Location Pan India Experience Range P5 Level (12–16 years) Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect with strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and deep expertise in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) , specifically within the Risk & Regulatory domain. The candidate will play a critical role in designing scalable architectures, driving regulatory compliance initiatives (e.g., DORA – Digital Operational Resilience Act ), and implementing advanced AI-led solutions within financial ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Architecture Design Define and implement end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise-grade BFSI solutions Build scalable, secure, and compliant systems aligned with regulatory expectations AI Enablement Architect and guide integration of AI/ML solutions into business processes Leverage AI for risk assessment, fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and automation Risk & Regulatory Implementation Lead implementation of regulatory frameworks such as DORA , Basel norms, and other global financial regulations Ensure systems adhere to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) standards Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams across geographies Act as a liaison between technical teams and regulatory stakeholders Solution Delivery Provide technical leadership across the full SDLC lifecycle Drive cloud, data, and security best practices in BFSI environments Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Skills 12–16 years of experience in IT with strong focus on Technical Architecture Proven experience in BFSI (Banking & Financial Services) domain Deep expertise in Risk & Regulatory (R&R;) frameworks Hands-on experience in implementing regulations like: DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) (must-have) Solid exposure to AI/ML technologies and their enterprise applications Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns Technical Expertise Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Microservices and API-driven architecture Data architecture, governance, and analytics Security and compliance frameworks Integration patterns and middleware Preferred Skills Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance tools Knowledge of financial risk systems (credit risk, market risk, operational risk) Certifications in cloud, architecture, or AI (preferred) Soft Skills Strong leadership and architectural decision-making capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in complex, global delivery environments Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset Nice to Have Experience working with global regulatory bodies or large financial institutions Exposure to emerging technologies like generative AI and advanced analytics Why Join Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI regulatory transformation programs Exposure to global BFSI clients and regulatory landscapes Drive innovation in a highly impactful domain Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4lb4ge
