Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Automation Project Manager. The Automation Project Manager will oversee project execution while managing automation systems such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Key responsibilities include designing and implementing process automation systems, coordinating across teams to ensure timely project completion, managing resources effectively, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to guarantee projects align with technical requirements and business goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Automation and Process Automation systems Proficiency in Project Management and planning for complex engineering projects Expertise in Electrical Engineering and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage resources efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for technical troubleshooting Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Food Processing, or Chemical industries is preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills We’re Hiring: Automation/Instrumentation & Control Manager Location: Pune Company: Prochem Turnkey Projects Pvt.
