Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in the Pune Division. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of tendering processes, including preparing tender documents, analyzing contract requirements, and coordinating submissions to ensure compliance with deadlines. Additional tasks include liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring tender portals, and identifying current business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Location: Kondhwa Budruk, Pune Experience: 2 – 3 Years Salary: Up to 5 LPA Key Skills: Tender Search & Filing Technical Bid Documentation GEM Portal Handling BOQ Preparation E-Tender Submission MS Excel & Documentation Qualifications Strong understanding of tender documentation preparation, proposal writing, and compliance requirements. Skilled in research, data analysis, and evaluating tender opportunities to align with organizational goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and correspondence. Proficiency in administrative and organizational skills, including project coordination and deadline management. Familiarity with industry-specific procurement processes and local regulations is an advantage. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Experience working in the events industry or project management will be a plus.
