- Bangalore (Regional Office) -------- Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Branch Operations Manager to lead branch-level operations and ensure seamless delivery of ATL/BTL campaigns, branding projects, events, and activations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, vendor management capabilities, and the ability to handle multi-location campaigns in a fast-paced environment. -------- Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end branch operations for ATL/BTL campaigns, branding installations, events, and activations.
- Manage and supervise Operations Executives, field staff, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Take ownership of project planning, execution timelines, and delivery standards.
- Coordinate with clients, internal departments, and vendors for operational alignment.
- Ensure high-quality execution aligned with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Monitor logistics, inventory management, and material movement within the branch.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve on-ground challenges efficiently.
- Manage branch budgets, vendor costing, and profitability tracking.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while negotiating competitive rates.
- Maintain execution reports, MIS, trackers, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams for planning and execution strategies.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and project closures.
- Drive team productivity, discipline, and operational efficiency. -------- Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, activations, events, or advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of ATL/BTL operations and branding execution.
- Proven team handling and multi-project management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
- High ownership mindset with result-oriented approach.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
