Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in the Pune Division. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting clients, conducting site visits, presenting tailored flooring solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client requirements and maintain high-quality service delivery will be integral to the role. Qualifications
- Robust sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Understanding of industrial flooring solutions and related technologies is an advantage
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales, especially within industrial or construction sectors, is a plus
