The Fleet Manager will oversee and optimize fleet operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining fleet efficiency, and managing day-to-day logistical challenges. Responsibilities include developing and implementing fleet strategies, analyzing operational data, and coordinating with teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the fleet. Maintaining vehicle safety and performance standards will also be an integral part of this role. Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational data and improve fleet effectiveness
- Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
