Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The candidate will be expected to meet sales targets, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure superior customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and proactive communication. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic planning and market research capabilities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales Forecasting and Reporting
- Ability to lead and collaborate within a team to achieve sales objectives

- Prior experience in the gardening products industry is advantageous
