Job Purpose This position will manage the inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime. The person will be responsible to drive higher feed to the Call Center fro increasing overall business volume.Culture Anchor:Have high ambitions

- Acknowledges uncertainty and makes changes in own decisions/ actions for better outcomes Duties and Responsibilities •Managing Inbound and Outbound Campaigns for Sal PL Prime Call Centers •Achieving feed targets and managing campaign waterfall metrics•Liase with COE and Marketing to execute campaigns•Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics•Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting current and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
