Full-time | ???? ???? 7+ Years Experience At ProductDossier Solutions (Kytes), we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Implementation to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS). ???? What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for business applications
- Drive client delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution
- Collaborate with global clients & stakeholders
- Understand business processes and translate them into technology solutions
- Manage and mentor teams, ensuring project success and team performance
- Oversee system configuration, testing, rollout, and support
- Handle/escalate L1/L2/L3 support issues within SLA timelines ???? What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in ERP/CRM/SaaS implementations
- Hands-on exposure to tools like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar
- Solid understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel & reporting
- Experience working with international clients
- Robust communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills ???? Bonus Skills
- Experience in SaaS product implementations
- Knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies
