Job description Job Title: D365 Finance & Operations Data Entry & Admin Support Location: Magarpatta, Pune Contract Duration: 6 Months Experience: 4+ Years About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced D365 Finance & Operations professional to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This is a data entry and administration support role where you will work closely with our project managers to reduce day-to-day system admin and data entry workload, ensuring smooth and accurate operations within D365 FnO. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Support project managers in reducing day-to-day administrative and system-related tasks
- Create and manage projects within D365 FnO
- Raise and process sales orders as required
- Manage item requirements within the system
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all entries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure system records are up to date
- Identify and flag any data discrepancies or system issues to relevant stakeholders Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as an end-user
- Demonstrated experience in creating projects, sales orders, and item requirements within D365 FnO
- Strong understanding of Finance & Operations modules and day-to-day workflows
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with project managers and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office — particularly Excel Good to Have
- Experience supporting project management teams in an admin or data capacity
- Familiarity with D365 FnO reporting and system navigation
