INNOVA IS HIRING FOR ORDER MANANGMENT. Job Location-Pune. Face2Face Interview. Immediate Joiners Only Rotational Shifts, Cab Available Experience Reqd-2-5years, Package-4 to 5.5lpa Expertise Preferred Order Management/Supply Chain/Logistics/Q2C/S2F Responsibilities/ Skills:
- Order Management: Oversee the entire order management lifecycle, from order creation to fulfillment. Working experience in managing customer orders, booking time and efforts
- Query Resolution: Experienced in analyzing and effectively addressing billing enquiries.
- ERP Proficiency: Expert in SAP, with a preference for SAP ByD.
- Tool Knowledge: Working knowledge of SNOW will be added advantage
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within client organizations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in any shift and from an office setting.
- Communication: Booking Orders and conveying complex information to stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication

- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Ability to design and develop training manuals, and course materials
- Ability to provide process training to a team
- Manage structured learning sessions and monitor their quality results Key Requirements:
