Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves comprehensive project lifecycle management and stakeholder communication. Job Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes to all stakeholders effectively. Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or industrial sector.
- Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
