Gen AI Architect (Pune Division)

ROLE – Gen AI Architect OVERVIEW: At NewVision, we are helping our enterprise client build next-generation AI platforms that integrate enterprise tools, workflows, and business capabilities into a unified intelligent ecosystem. We are looking for a hands-on Gen AI Architect who can design and build enterprise-grade AI platforms using modern GenAI technologies, cloud-native architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks. This is not a chatbot development role. You will architect AI-powered platforms that integrate enterprise applications, business workflows, and knowledge systems, enabling intelligent automation, tool orchestration, and seamless user experiences at scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish architectural standards and best practices around security, governance, observability, reliability, and responsible AI.
- Drive architecture decisions, design reviews, and implementation guidance across AI platform initiatives.
- Integrate enterprise tools, services, and APIs into AI-driven platforms through modern integration and orchestration patterns.
- Design and implement scalable layered architectures that enable seamless interaction between enterprise applications, business workflows, knowledge systems, and AI-powered experiences.
- Build enterprise-grade AI platforms using Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and cloud-native technologies. EXPECTED SKILL PROFILE:
- 12+ years of overall experience in software engineering, application development, and architecture roles.
- Strong Application Architecture background with experience designing distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud-native applications, and enterprise integration solutions.
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing GenAI-based solutions using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI orchestration patterns.
- Must be a HANDS-ON architect with recent experience in designing, as well as implementing GenAI-based solutions in production environments using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and the broader Azure cloud ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of agent-based architectures, tool invocation patterns, workflow automation, and contextual decision-making.
- Experience with one or more AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Prior experience in designing and implementing ML solutions is preferred
- Experience defining architecture standards around security, governance, observability, reliability, and responsible AI preferred
- Experience building platforms that integrate business applications, workflows, APIs, and knowledge systems will be highly preferred.
