South Indian Cook (Evening Shift) (Sholinganallur)

Location: Model School Road, Sholinganallur. Timing: Evenings, approximately 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM Days: 6 days a week. We are looking for an Female experienced cook(Veg and Non-Veg) to prepare authentic South Indian home-style meals for our family in the evenings. The cook will be responsible for preparing fresh dinner daily. Responsibilities The cook will prepare traditional South Indian dishes including but not limited to sambar, rasam, kootu, poriyal, kuzhambu varieties, dosa, idli, chapati, and rice-based dishes. Daily duties include planning the evening menu in coordination with the family, preparing batter for idli/dosa as needed, cooking fresh vegetables and accompaniments, and ensuring food is served hot at the agreed time. The cook will also be expected to clean the cooking area used during preparation, and store leftovers properly. Maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen is essential, including washing hands frequently, keeping ingredients covered, and ensuring all surfaces are wiped down after cooking பெண் சமையல்காரர்
