Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Assistant/Executive based in Howrah. The role involves managing online sales platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing orders, updating product listings, and monitoring inventory levels. The selected candidate will collaborate with the team to enhance online sales strategies and implement solutions for improving the overall e-commerce experience. Timely communication with customers, resolving queries, and assisting in sales and marketing initiatives are also integral responsibilities. Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce operations, including product listing, platform management, and inventory tracking
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address concerns
- Basic Sales abilities to support strategies for boosting online product sales
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor trends, and create actionable plans
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and proficiency with relevant e-commerce tools or platforms
- Relevant academic credentials, such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, are an advantage
