Social Media Video Editor (In-House) Confidential company | Full-time | Howrah, West Bengal (In office) About the Role We’re looking for a video editor who can handle both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos). This is an execution-focused role — you’ll be working based on clear direction and structure, focusing on delivering clean, engaging edits consistently. What You’ll Do Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) with strong pacing and retention Edit long-form videos (YouTube, 5–10 mins+) with proper structure Turn raw footage into clean, engaging outputs Add text, basic motion, sound, and visual elements as required Follow given direction and maintain consistency across content Deliver projects on time with clean, polished output What We’re Looking For Experience in both short-form and long-form editing Good understanding of pacing and basic editing flow Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar tools) Ability to follow direction and execute consistently Willingness to learn and improve Reliable with deadlines and feedback Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month (based on skill & performance) Performance Incentives for handling additional projects 2 Salary Increments within the first 2 years 2 Bonuses per year based on performance Prospect to grow as the company scales Why Join Us?
