Job Summary We are looking for a energetic and analytical Operations & Research Manager who can handle market research, business analysis, procurement coordination, operational planning, and strategy execution. The candidate will work closely with existing buyers, dealers, sales teams, and vendors to identify market trends, understand reasons behind sales growth or decline, and prepare actionable reports for management. The role also includes procurement coordination from India & China, vendor development, and business travel when required. Key Responsibilities (KRA) 1. Market Research & Business Analysis Conduct regular market research with existing buyers, dealers, distributors, and sales teams. Analyze reasons for sales increase/decrease product-wise and region-wise. Track competitor activities, pricing, trends, and new product movements. Submit weekly and monthly market intelligence reports to management. KPI: Accuracy and quality of market insights & reports. 2. Strategy Planning & Execution Prepare business improvement plans based on market feedback and sales data. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for execution plans. Identify new market opportunities and growth areas. KPI: Strategy implementation and business improvement impact. KPI: Procurement efficiency, vendor management, and cost optimization. 3. Operations Management Coordinate between sales, dispatch, purchase, warehouse, and management teams. Monitor operational workflow and identify process improvement opportunities. 4. Track pending operational issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain reports for inventory movement, order flow, and supply chain updates. KPI: Smooth operational coordination and issue resolution. 5. Traveling & Business Coordination Travel for market visits, vendor meetings, exhibitions, and buyer interactions when required. Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and channel partners. Represent company professionally during business meetings and market visits. Pay: ₹35,000.00
