Revenue Officer (Howrah)

Job Title: Revenue Officer Salary: Upto 4lpa Employment Type: Full-time About the Role This role is mainly about driving revenue on the ground. The Revenue Officer will work closely with retailers, distributors, and local partners to grow sales, expand market reach, and strengthen brand presence in the assigned territory. The job involves regular fieldwork, relationship building, and keeping a close eye on how the market is actually moving day to day. Key Responsibilities
- Visit and manage retail outlets, distributors, and channel partners in the assigned area
- Generate revenue by increasing secondary sales and ensuring product availability
- Onboard new retailers or partners and explain schemes, margins, and business benefits
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular follow-ups
- Track daily sales performance and work towards monthly targets
- Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer demand
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supply or operational issues
- Prepare basic sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 3 4 years of field sales experience in Pharma Retail, Telecom, or FMCG
- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel
- Positive communication skills and ability to convince retailers
- Basic understanding of sales targets, schemes, and market competition
