The role involves assortment planning, vendor coordination, sourcing support, pricing analysis, sell-through tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive category growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate should possess strong merchandising knowledge, market understanding, and hands-on experience in apparel retail operations.

Key Responsibilities Support annual buying plans aligned with business targets for value and volume.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and cost-effective procurement.

Assist in supplier evaluation, vendor performance tracking, and sourcing initiatives.

Support development of seasonal product ranges based on consumer trends and market insights.

Execute merchandising strategies for D2C channels to improve sales and profitability.

Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend tracking for product planning.

Maintain an optimal assortment mix across pricing, quality, and styles.

Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in merchandising within apparel/fashion retail Prior exposure to kids wear or D2C merchandising preferred Experience in vendor management, sourcing coordination, and assortment planning Understanding of pricing strategy, inventory management, and sell-through analysis Education Graduate in Fashion / Apparel / Textile Design Fashion Management or MBA (Retail/Fashion) preferred
