Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Administrator located in Bally Jagachha. The School Administrator will assist the Principal, oversee daily school operations, ensure compliance with educational standards, manage administrative tasks, taking care of the admission of the school and support Principal in lesson planning and curriculum development. The role requires providing leadership to staff, maintaining communication with parents, and contributing to the overall academic and extracurricular success of the school. Qualifications Robust Communication skills for interacting with staff, parents, and students effectively Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks Experience in Lesson Planning and curricular development Knowledge and expertise in Education and modern teaching methodologies Proven ability in Educational Leadership and team management Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field Previous experience in educational administration or leadership roles is preferred. Experience: 2-3 years as School Operation Administration Department.
