- Upto 12 LPA Summary: The Manager E-commerce & Marketplace is responsible for leading and optimizing the brands direct-to-consumer (D2C) online presence across key marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, etc.) and the brands own D2C website.

This role plays a critical part in driving online revenue growth by ensuring seamless operations, high-performing product listings, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution to enhance customer experience, improve platform performance, and align cross-functional teams toward shared business goals.

Reporting to the D2C Online Head, this position is central to the brands digital growth and operational excellence in the competitive kids wear e-commerce space.

Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations across the brands D2C website and major marketplace platforms, ensuring compliance, consistency, and performance.

Manage and optimize product listings for accuracy, completeness, SEO effectiveness, and adherence to platform-specific guidelines.

Collaborate with marketplace managers to leverage visibility tools, promotions, and growth initiatives.

Lead catalog management, including product uploads, pricing updates, SEO-optimized descriptions, and accurate size charts.

Partner with content and design teams to develop high-impact visuals, banners, A+ content, and branded landing pages.

Monitor order flow, cancellations, returns, RTOs, and customer complaints; ensure timely resolution and service quality.

Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery performance.

Maintain optimal inventory levels across channels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales, traffic, conversion rates, bestsellers, and platform scorecards.

Drive improvements in platform ratings, customer reviews, and overall customer experience metrics.

Develop and execute revenue targets, pricing strategies, discount structures, and marketing spend allocations.

Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

7+ years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or kids wear segment.

In-depth knowledge of major marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra) and their operational requirements.

Strong expertise in product listing optimization, SEO, and catalog management.

Experience in managing multi-channel inventory, order fulfillment, and return processes.

Proficiency in sales and performance analytics, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.

Demonstrated success in planning and executing promotional campaigns and revenue growth initiatives.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel (advanced), and e-commerce management platforms is essential.
