The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and assisting with basic troubleshooting to ensure a seamless customer experience. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls related to home appliance warranty support
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions to customer queries
• Perform basic troubleshooting and guide customers through solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality ________________________________________ Eligibility Criteria
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of customer service and technical support processes
• Ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently
• Candidates must be available for immediate joining ________________________________________ Qualification & Compensation
• Undergraduates: ₹12,000 per month
• Graduates: ₹12,300 per month ________________________________________ Work Location & Schedule

• Prior experience in customer or technical support is preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
