Metallurgical Engineer (Howrah)

Qualification: Diploma in Metallurgical or Relevant Job Responsibility:
- Operate CE Analyzer machine as per standard operating procedures.
- Prepare molten metal samples and consumables for analysis.
- Conduct Carbon Equivalent (CE) testin, thermal curve testing and material quality verification.
- Monitor anslyzm performance and calibration status.
- Record, verify, and maintain analysis reports and log sheets.
- Ensure accuracy of test results as per quality standards.
- Communicate abnormal results or deviatrtns immediately to HOD/Quality Head.
- Perform routine cleaning and basrt preventive maintenance of the analyzer. (Maintain 5S on analyzer area)
