Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Promote pharmaceutical products, hospital pharmacy services, and healthcare solutions to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and retail pharmacy stores. Develop and maintain skilled relationships with doctors, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and distributors. Conduct regular field visits to generate business opportunities and increase product awareness. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Coordinate promotional activities, product campaigns, and awareness programs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Ensure proper availability and visibility of products in pharmacy stores and healthcare facilities. Prepare daily sales and visit reports and submit updates to management. Support business growth through effective communication and relationship management.

Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Competencies:

Solid communication and convincing skills. Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare marketing. Familiarity with hospital and retail pharmacy operations. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Valuable networking and field marketing skills. Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
