1. Job Overview
- Primary Goal: To bridge the communication gap between a company and its clients.
- Daily Routine: High volume of phone calls (50–100+ per day), updating customer databases (CRM), and meeting specific daily targets.

- Outbound Calling: Proactively calling a list of potential customers (leads) to pitch products or services (e.g., credit cards, loans, software).
- Inbound Handling: Answering incoming calls from customers who have questions, complaints, or interest in a product.
- Follow-ups: Calling back potential leads who showed interest but didn't buy immediately. B. Sales & Persuasion
- Script Adherence: Following a prepared script to ensure accurate information is given while sounding natural and engaging.
- Objection Handling: Listening to customer refusals (e.g., "I'm not interested") and politely trying to overcome them by highlighting value.
- Closing Deals: Converting the call into a sale or a scheduled meeting for the sales team. C. Data Management
- CRM Updates: Entering call notes, call status (e.g., "Not Interested," "Call Back Later"), and customer details into software like Salesforce, Zoho, or Excel.
- Reporting: Submitting daily reports on the number of calls made, duration, and successful conversions. D. Required Skills
- Clear Communication: A neutral accent and explicit pronunciation are vital (English + local language is usually preferred).
- Active Listening: The ability to listen to what the customer needs rather than just reading a script.
- Resilience: You will hear "No" 90% of the time. You must be able to bounce back instantly for the next call.
