We are looking for talented individuals to support our Corporate and Catering programs remotely. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing space within DoorDash, where your contributions will make a significant impact. Job Overview In this role, you will execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures, master internal tools, and interact with customers, merchants, and Dashers regularly. Your work will be crucial in detecting fulfillment challenges before they become widespread, and you will play an active role in launching new pilot initiatives. Requirements
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 40 hours per week (weekend availability is 100% required).
- Experience in logistics coordination, vendor/merchant support, or B2B support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing contexts.
- Experience in last-hour logistics or delivery customer service. Preferences
- Experience with Slack.
