Merchandiser (Palsana)

Qualification:
- 12th Pass Experience:
- 3-4 years of Experience in textile industry Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, approvals, timeline and follow-ups.
- Manage sampling, and quality confirmation processes.
- Ensure color matching as per client requirement.
- Communicate with internal production teams for daily status updates.
- Track material availability, production progress, and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain Time and Action (TNA) plans and ensure deadlines are met.
- Resolve any client queries related quality, delivery or specifications. Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of textile fabric basics and characteristics (Cotton and Viscose).
- Excellent color matching ability and visual accuracy.
- Positive communication skills for dealing with clients, suppliers and internal team.
- Ability to professionally communicate through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Strong follow-ups and coordination skills.
