Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology (Anaesthesia) or equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant medical council.

- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council (e.g., Indian Medical Council or State Medical Council).

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in surgical or critical care environments.

- Proficiency in the use of anesthesia machines, ventilators, and monitoring equipment.

- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency response protocols.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to reassure patients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and maintain composure during high-stress situations.

- Commitment to continuous career development and adherence to ethical standards in patient care.
